Introducing Genmitsu 3020-PRO MAX V2 CNC Router
The Genmitsu 3020-PRO MAX V2 CNC router boasts a stronger build with a dual steel X-axis rail and improved Z-axis for stability. It includes pre-assembled parts, upgraded drivers for better performance, and additional ports for lasers and other functions. This all-inclusive package offers a complete CNC solution.
Upgraded Structure
The 3020-PRO MAX V2 builds upon the solid foundation of its original frame with its robust 4040 Y-axis profile and one-piece machined and molded aluminum spoilboard with measurement scale. Now featuring an upgraded dual steel X-axis guide rail with an enclosed mold material and a new X-axis back plate, resulting in a significantly more stable design.
Improves Stability
The 3020-PRO MAX V2 CNC router features upgraded components, including a robust 4040 Y-axis profile and a one-piece machined and molded aluminum spoilboard with a measurement scale. The integrated molded Z-axis C-mount improves stability, and the optimized layout maximizes workspace utilization.
New Z Axis Assemblyy
The integrated molded Z-axis C-mount significantly improves stability compared to the previous design.The new Z-axis structure makes upgrading the spindle easier than before.
Expanded Functionality
While remaining based on open-source Grbl V1.1, the 3020-PRO MAX V2 CNC router has been upgraded with high-powered Toshiba TB6S109 drivers featuring 32-bit chips, resulting in improved performance. The upgrades include the addition of extended function ports, such as a dedicated 3 Pin Laser Port, Air Assistance Pump Port, and MPG Port, providing users with enhanced versatility and options for various applications.
Versatility for Various Materials
The 3020 V2 boasts a design that allows it to work with a wider range of materials compared to hobbyist CNC machines. While primarily intended for wood, acrylic, and PCB, it can be used for soft metal carving with proper precautions.
